More than 100 people visited the exheibition at the opening day
the exhibition
Six artists from the Nordic countries worked for 14 days leading up to the exhibition RASK. RASK is Norwegian and refers to what is left over after consumption or production, and has previously been seen as something valuable but are no longer worthy. The exhibition was made at the place and the artists use only materials and resources that could be found locally. Resources could be material, history or human resources. The exhibition was very well received, as people could relate to the works and the issues treated. You will find more about the artists and their work here

The seminar "Fram med Rasket" united professions from the art scene, science and culture business, highlighting resources, traditions and peculiarities found in the local community. The headline was: "We shall see opportunities where others say waste, and we will seek to inspire and learn from each other". Here are some of the contributors at the seminar.
